Dr. Thomas McFadden is a board-certified plastic surgeon known for his expertise in facial cosmetic surgery, breast procedures, and body contouring. As the founder of Advanced Cosmetic Surgery in Greenville, South Carolina, he has earned a strong reputation for combining advanced surgical skills with a warm, personalized approach to patient care.
He was the first fellowship-trained cosmetic surgeon in the Upstate, having trained under three of the world’s most renowned cosmetic surgeons. This specialized education gave him access to the latest and most innovative surgical techniques. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. McFadden has published extensively in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery and is a frequent guest speaker at professional conferences.
Dr. McFadden is a proud alumnus of Clemson University and received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery training at East Carolina University, followed by a residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Wisconsin—one of the nation’s top programs. Prior to entering plastic surgery, he served four years as a general surgeon in the United States Air Force.
Demonstrating his commitment to continued growth, Dr. McFadden earned an MBA from Clemson University, graduating summa cum laude in 2016. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
